RETURN POLICY

Rescue1 is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and that our products work floorlessly for their intended purpose/s.

 

Should in the unlikely event, an item is required to be returned to Rescue1 for a refund, replacement or credit, you can. Provided that you have your invoice/receipt, items are returned to us unused (unless item failed during it’s intended use, items are in their original condition/packaging and with all labels intact. Exception: Unless the item has failed during its intended use or purpose.

 

Should you seek to return an item please email info@rescue1.com.au to arrange for, refund, replacement or credit.

 

Simply enter the email associated with your order, provide the order number (this can be found on your email order confirmation) to start the returns process. 

Refunds, replacements or credits are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt of shipments Australian Consumer Rules Apply). Requested exchange items are subject to availability. If you have a faulty or damaged item please include a copy of your postage receipt, when the goods are deemed faulty after review we will credit the cost of the postage back to you.

We recommend that you select a secure registered postage service for the package.

Rescue1 encourages all returns to be via registered post and shall not take any responsibility/liability for returns lost in transit or further damaged in transit.
